Cookie Notice
This page explains what this website stores on your device, and why. In short, the site itself sets no cookies, and nothing on it is used to track you.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are necessary for the website to operate. Others help website owners understand usage or remember preferences.
What this site uses
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store anything on your device. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie to check that traffic is genuine. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
AI voice receptionist storage and permissions
The optional AI voice receptionist uses browser local storage to maintain chat or call session state and service preferences. It also requires microphone permission when you choose to begin a voice call. The browser asks for that permission before microphone access is granted, and you can withdraw it through your browser or device settings.
The widget connects to Fasthosts AI Voice Receptionist, Voiceable and Twilio services to provide the conversation. Do not provide confidential or highly sensitive information. If you do not open the widget, no voice call is started.
How to manage cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.
